This Amendment No. 12 to Schedule 13D (“Amendment No. 12”) is being filed jointly by (i) the individuals (in their individual capacity and/or as trustee or co-trustee of specified trusts) and trusts listed in Item 2(a) below (the “Group Members”) who may be deemed to beneficially own all of the shares of Class B Common Stock of AMC Networks Inc.
