On October 20, 2011, the Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) issued its order in The Detroit Edison Company’s (Detroit Edison) October 29, 2010 electric rate case filing. On October 21, 2011, DTE Energy Company (DTE Energy) posted a summary of the MPSC’s order in Detroit Edison’s electric rate case No. U-16472 to the DTE Energy website at www.dteenergy.com. The summary is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
