On June 16, 2015, Ciena Corporation ("Ciena") issued a press release announcing that early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 has been granted, effective June 15, 2015, for Ciena’s pending acquisition of Cyan, Inc. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
