The Company was notified on 27 September 2006 that, on that day, David Kappler purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at 868p per share.
As a result of this transaction Mr Kappler is interested in 10,000 ordinary shares representing 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company
