The Company announces that it was notified on 25 January 2007, that, at close of business on 22 January 2007, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., no longer had a notifiable interest in the share capital of the Company. The notification was given in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the FSA in accordance with DTR5 (including section 5.8.1).
