PRESS RELEASE
COMPLETION OF SALE OF ASSET
PACIFIC HARBOUR CAPITAL LTD., (the "Company") wishes to announce that their wholly owned subsidiary, 371208 B.C. Ltd., has completed their transaction with respect to the sale of 40-acres of undeveloped land in the Pemberton, B.C. area. The land was sold for a total dollar value of $800,000.00 Cdn.
The Company registered an easement against this property to gain access to the Company's 133-acre parcel of land on the other side of the Lillooet River.
