On June 7, 2023, State Street Corporation issued a press release announcing information regarding the transition of its presently outstanding U.S. Dollar LIBOR-linked instruments, consisting of several floating or fixed-to-floating rate debt securities and series of preferred stock represented by depositary shares, to other rate mechanisms.
A copy of the press release referenced above is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
