In January 1995, we entered into a three-year employment agreement with Frank F. Khulusi, our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. Although the original term of the employment agreement expired January 1, 1998, the employment agreement provides for one-year automatic extensions if the agreement is not terminated by us or Mr. Khulusi. Mr. Khulusi's annual base salary was increased from $600,000 to $800,000 effective October 28, 2004. Mr. Khulusi has elected to reduce his annual base salary, effective immediately to $600,000. For further detail regarding Mr. Khulusi's compensation, please refer to our proxy statement and subsequent reports on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
