On May 10, 2011, PC Mall, Inc. (the “Company”) issued an earnings release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. The release did not include certain financial statements, related notes and certain other financial information that will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) as part of the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2011. A copy of the press release relating to such announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On May 10, 2011, the Company issued a press release announcing the expansion of PC Mall, Inc.’s OnSale subsidiary into the emerging local “deal of the day” coupon market. A copy of the press release relating to such announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
