On January 8, 2009, Dr. John Ryan and Mr. J. Fred Risk indicated that they have decided not to run for reelection to the Company's Board of Directors. Their decisions were not a result of a disagreement with the Registrant or any matter related to the Registrant's operations, policies, or practices. Dr. Ryan has served on the Board since 1996 and Mr. Risk since 1971.
