On February 28, 2007, ANADIGICS, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has filed a preliminary prospectus supplement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to an underwritten public offering of 6,700,000 shares of its common stock under an effective shelf registration statement.
