ITEM 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On March 8, 2007, the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary Hub City Terminals, Inc. entered into an Equipment Purchase Contract with Singamas Management Services, Ltd. and Singamas North America, Inc. for the acquisition of 2,000 53' containers. The Company expects the acquisition costs to be approximately $19.4 million. The Company expects to take delivery of the equipment starting in May 2007 and anticipates financing the equipment through an operating lease.
The foregoing summary is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Equipment Purchase Contract, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1.
