Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 22, 2024, Hub Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors appointed Brian Meents, 39, as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Meents most recently served as President of Intermodal & Transportation Solutions, Chief Marketing Officer, and in various other operational, account management, pricing, sales and marketing roles since joining the Company in 2009.

Mr. Brian Alexander, previously the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of Chief Marketing Officer.
