On August 13, 2009, GeneLink, Inc. announced that it received notice of allowance of an Australian patent for its proprietary method for assessing skin health in humans. This is the fourth patent to be granted to GeneLink from a family of applications filed in the United States and abroad. A copy of the press release making the announcement is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
