On June 27, 2011, Coinstar, Inc. (“Coinstar”) announced the appointment of Maria D. Stipp as its Chief Customer Officer. Tim Hale, who was serving as interim Chief Customer Officer, will continue in a sales management role at Coinstar.
A copy of the press release announcing Ms. Stipp’s employment is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
