Item 8.01. Other Events
On May 17, 2013, Corporate Resource Services, Inc. issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that it has been awarded the contract to provide project staffing services to the City of West Palm Beach, Florida. This continues the Company’s strategy to develop its government business, especially as it relates to opportunities in the Company’s current markets, in order maximize profit on these contracts. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
