As previously announced, on February 25, 2019, the merger of Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation (“Wabtec”) and the transportation business (“GE Transportation”) of General Electric Company (“GE”) was completed. Wabtec is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K to provide certain financial information with respect to GE Transportation and Wabtec’s acquisition of GE Transportation.
