On October 20, 2021, the Board of Directors of Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) approved an amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Company’s Deferred Compensation Plan for Executive Officers and Directors (the “Plan”). The amendments introduced by the Amendment include:
| (i) | allowing payment of deferred compensation to a designated beneficiary in the event of a participating Executive or Director’s death; and |
| (ii) | certain technical and administrative amendments |
