This Supplement No. 2 for the 2024 Class A Debt Certificates Prospectus dated February 6, 2024 (the “Prospectus”), supplements, updates, and includes information which forms a part of our registration statement on Form S-1 (No. 333-275625). The purpose of this Supplement No. 2 (the “Supplement”) is to replace Exhibit D, Retail and Commercial Purchase Applications, which starts on page D-1 of the Prospectus and ends on page D-12 of the Prospectus. This update replaces those pages disclosed in the Prospectus. This update replaces Supplement No. 1 in its entirety. In addition, this Supplement No. 2 also provides updated information regarding the relocation of our company offices.
This Supplement should be read in conjunction with the Prospectus. The Prospectus is not complete without this Supplement and the Supplement should not be used other than with the Prospectus. All capitalized terms used in this Supplement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Prospectus.

On March 4th, 2024, the Company moved its company offices to the following address:

Brea, CA, 92821.
The Company has entered into an office building lease with Olen Pointe Brea Corp. to lease approximately 2,716 square feet of rentable space for a term ending on May 31, 2029. The building lease contains standard terms and conditions for a commercial office building.
In the Prospectus, references to our former corporate office, which was located at 915 W. Imperial Highway, Brea, CA 92821 should be replaced with this new address.
In the Prospectus, beginning with the header at top of page D-1 titled “EXHIBIT D: SPECIMEN” through the end of page D-12, please insert the following updates, which will be effective for the purchase of a Certificate on or after the date of this Supplement and will replace and supersede the information previously included under those sections located on pages D-1 through D-12 of the Prospectus.
