(the “Company”) is updating its guidance relating to its expected funds from operations (“FFO”) and estimated FFO per fully diluted share for 2009, previously set forth in the Company’s August 5, 2009 press release. The Company’s updated guidance for 2009 is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
