Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 26, 2019, Carol Hansell resigned from the board of directors of Life Storage, Inc. (the “Company”).

Ms. Hansell has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 2017 and during her tenure made numerous key contributions to the Company. The Board of Directors and the Company thank Ms. Hansell for her leadership and services to the Company and wish her well in her future endeavors.
