Item 8.01. Other Events.
The Board of Directors of Civista Bancshares, Inc., Sandusky, Ohio has approved a quarterly dividend of 16 cents per common share to shareholders of record November 5, 2024, payable November 19, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
