This Amendment corrects the Current Report of Form 8-K filed by Encore Medical Corporation on October 1, 2004 by furnishing a press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 that was inadvertently omitted from the original report.
On September 29, 2004, the Company issued a press release announcing pricing of 9 3/4% senior subordinated notes due October 1, 2012.
