Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 12, 2005, StockerYale, Inc. (“StockerYale”) received notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market advising that StockerYale has regained compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(4) regarding the minimum bid price for its common stock by maintaining a closing bid price of $1.00 per share or greater for at least 10 consecutive trading days.
