Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 17, 2006, StockerYale, Inc. (“StockerYale”) received notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market advising that StockerYale has regained compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4450(a)(5) regarding the minimum bid price for its common stock by maintaining a closing bid price of $1.00 per share or greater for at least 10 consecutive business days.
