(“StockerYale”) issued a press release announcing that it had adjourned its Special Meeting in Lieu of Annual Meeting of Shareholders to Friday, May 23, 2008, at 11:30 a.m., Eastern time at the offices of Vitale, Caturano & Company, Ltd. at 80 City Square, Boston, Massachusetts 02129. A copy of the press release issued by StockerYale concerning the foregoing is included herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
