Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 29, 2023, the Company relieved Tyler Schloesser of his duties and position as Chief Operating Officer. The Company's decision was not the result of any disagreement with Mr. Schloesser regarding his services rendered.
