Resignation of Officership Position
Effective November 14, 2014, Craig McPherson, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and Charlie Gibson, Senior Vice President – Production Operations, resigned from their positions as officers of Denbury Resources Inc. (the "Company"). Phil Rykhoek, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, will temporarily assume their roles while the Company conducts a search to fill these positions.
The Company intends to file a Form 8-K Current Report describing the material terms of the officer resignation agreements to be entered into with Mr. McPherson and Mr. Gibson following execution of such agreements.
