Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 22, 2008, National Atlantic's Board of Directors approved the Compensation Committee’s recommendation based on each officer’s individual performance in 2007, to grant cash bonuses to Messrs. Bassman, Cappello, Prudente, Scanlan and Wheeler of $44,250, $34,518, $42,363, $40,500 and $13,500, respectively.
