ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS
On December 2, 2005, Day International Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it had extended its pending tender offer for any and all of its outstanding 91/2% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2008 and related consent solicitation. A copy of the Company’s December 2, 2005 press release making the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this Item 8.01 by reference.
