Item 3.01. Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing
On October 16, 2007, the board of directors of AXS-One Inc. (the “Company”) approved the voluntary removal of the Company’s common stock listing from the American Stock Exchange to be effective following the close of the market on November 5, 2007. The Company expects that its shares will begin to trade on the OTC Bulletin Board beginning on November 6, 2007.
On October 16, 2007, the Company issued the press release attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 with respect to the foregoing matters.
