Explanation of Responses:

1. These 14 shares were previously reported as gifted on December 7, 2023 on a Form 4 filed on December 11, 2023. However, due to an administrative brokerage firm error, the gifts of those 14 shares were not completed on that date. The 14 shares were gifted on February 23, 2024, as indicated.

2. These shares are owned by the reporting person's step sons, who share the reporting person's household.
