On July 27, 2020, The First Bancshares, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the second quarter of 2020.   A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein.  In accordance with general instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, this information is being furnished and shall not be deemed filed for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

On July 27, 2020, The First Bancshares, Inc. issued a press release announcing the declaration of a $0.10 per share quarterly cash dividend.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein.
