On February 27 2008, MangoSoft, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the closing and the results of its rights offering which ended as of the close of business on February 19, 2008. The Company received gross proceeds of approximately $1,023,672 million and will issue approximately 2,047,344 shares of its common stock to its stockholders who properly exercised their rights in the rights offering. The Company expects to commence issuing the shares of common stock on or about February 27, 2008.
