Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On July 1, 2019, Ms. Beth G. Gordon, Vice President and Controller (Chief Accounting Officer) of Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of her intention to retire from the Company effective on the date following the date the Company files its Quarterly Report on Form10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2020.
The Company has not yet appointed a successor to serve as Chief Accounting Officer after Ms. Gordon’s retirement.
