Explanation of Responses:

1. These restricted stock units were part of a December 1, 2017 award, with vesting to occur in two installments on December 1, 2019 and December 1, 2020. The first installment vested on December 1, 2019, and these remaining restricted stock units from the December 1, 2017 award will vest in the second installment on December 1, 2020.

2. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock.

3. These restricted stock units were part of an April 1, 2018 award, with vesting to occur in two installments on April 1, 2020 and April 1, 2021. The first installment vested on April 1, 2020, and these remaining restricted stock units from the April 1, 2018 award will vest in the second installment on April 1, 2021.

4. The restricted stock units vest in two equal installments on April 1, 2021 and April 1, 2022. One share of common stock will be delivered with respect to each vested restricted stock unit within 30 days after the applicable vesting date.
