Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 20, 2005, CheckFree Corporation (“CheckFree”) held a conference call to review its financial results for the second quarter ended December 31, 2004, and its expectations for the third quarter ended March 31, 2005 and fiscal 2005. A digital replay of the call is accessible through the Investor Center section of the CheckFree corporate Web site at http://www.checkfreecorp.com. Pursuant to General Instruction F of Current Report on Form 8-K, a copy of the transcript of the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”) and is incorporated herein by reference.
