Effective March 1, 2010, The Amacore Group, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Keith Hughes as a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Hughes has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Vicis Capital LLC (“Vicis”) since 2006. Vicis is the holder of the majority of the Company’s Class A Common Shares, which represents approximately 86.5% of the Company’s outstanding voting capital. Prior to joining Vicis, he served as Managing Director of International Fund Services, a fund administrator, since 2001. Mr. Hughes is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from St. John’s University in 1978 with a B.A. in Accounting.
