On June 16, 2012, Pharmacyclics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced updated results from two clinical trials of Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor, ibrutinib (PCI-32765), for the treatment of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL).
