On September 10, 2013, a presentation entitled “The Bruton Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) Inhibitor Ibrutinib Promotes a High Frequency of Durable Response in Relapsed/ Refractory and Older Treatment-Naïve CLL Patients: Final Results of a Phase Ib/II Study” related to Pharmacyclics, Inc.’s study PCYC 1102 CA was made at the 15th biennial international workshop on CLL in Cologne, Germany. A copy of the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
