On August 25, 2014, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Pharmacyclics, Inc. (the “Company”) approved 2014 mid-year cash bonuses for certain officers of the Company, including $151,742 for Mahkam Zanganeh, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, $126,452 for Manmeet Soni, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, and $105,714 for Heow Tan, the Company’s Chief of Quality and Technical Operations.
