On January 16, 2015, the Compensation Committee of Pharmacyclics, Inc. (the “Company”) approved the grant of Restricted Stock Units pursuant to the 2014 Equity Incentive Award Plan (the “RSUs”) to certain of the Company’s officers including in the following amounts: (i) 15,000 to Mahkam Zanganeh, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer and (ii) 22,000 to Manmeet Soni, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. All such RSUs vest 25% on each of February 28, 2016, February 28, 2017, February 28, 2018 and February 28, 2019.
