On May 9, 2017, Superior Industries International, Inc. (the “Company”) will make a presentation at the 2017 Wells Fargo Industrials Conference. During this presentation, the Company will discuss its outlook for full year 2017, including the Company’s ability to consummate the acquisition of Uniwheels AG. The presentation slides are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
