Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On August 4, 2021, Superior Industries International, Inc. (“Superior”) issued a press release announcing the results of operations for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
