On December 17, 2009, the Company approved the termination of James S. Nicholson, the Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Tecumseh Products Company (the “Company”), as an employee of the Company, which will be effective as of December 31, 2009. The financial terms of Mr. Nicholson’s departure have not yet been finalized. The Company is currently in advance discussions with a replacement for Mr. Nicholson.
The Company issued a press release dated December 23, 2009 regarding Mr. Nicholson’s departure. A copy of the press release is filed as an exhibit to this Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
