On July 22, 2004, Teleflex Incorporated issued a press release announcing that the company has entered into a syndicated bank agreement for a $400 million revolving credit facility with a $100 million expansion feature and a five-year term. The syndication of nineteen banks was led by JP Morgan Securities and Wachovia Capital Markets.
