Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 22, 2020, Texas Pacific Land Trust (the “Trust”) issued a press release providing an update on the activities of the Conversion Exploration Committee (the “Committee”). The Committee has recommended to the Trustees of the Trust that the Trust convert from a trust into a Delaware c-corporation. The Committee has extended its term through February 29, 2020.
