THE FAIRCHILD CORPORATION “GOING PRIVATE” DISCUSSIONS TERMINATED
McLean, Virginia (December 5, 2006) - The Fairchild Corporation (NYSE: FA) today announced that ongoing “going private” discussions with FA Holdings I, LLC have been terminated.
