On September 12, 2017, the Board of Directors of Tidewater Inc. (the “Company”) approved changing the Company’s fiscal year from a fiscal year ending on March 31 to a fiscal year ending on December 31, beginning with the year ending December 31, 2017. The Company will file a transition report on Form10-K covering the transition period from April 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017, which is the period between the closing of the Company’s most recent fiscal year and the opening date of the Company’s newly selected fiscal year. Prior to filing the transition report, the Company will file a quarterly report on Form10-Q for the quarter ending September 30, 2017.
