The Registrant’s Senior Vice President - Chief Brand Officer, Caroline Naggiar, will be retiring effective January 31, 2019. Following April 30, 2018, her role will be to assist the Registrant in transitioning her employment duties. The Registrant has also appointed a new Senior Vice President - Global Marketing, chosen from within the Registrant’s organization, effective February 1, 2018.
